Big Web Desk

Please use this number when you cannot open a bigWebdesk ticket and need assistance.

Tech Support and How to access Big WebDesk

Before submitting a ticket be sure to check with your liaison for assistance. If she/he cannot help solve the problem, it is each employees responsibility to put in a tech support request via the big Webdesk system

 

Click on the icon above →enter email address (first.last name@hdesd.org ) and password→click login (See below for first time users*) →click on Create New Support Ticket → Complete form fields with an asterisk:

 

Class = choose most appropriate descriptor from the drop down menu. If unsure, choose desktop/laptop (a new drop down box will appear and choose Standard Application Issue)

Location of Issue = choose appropriate location from drop down

Ticket Summary/Subject = brief description of problem, your name and room number.

Give Details.. = Be as specific as possible. Things you attempted or got help with from your liaison that failed to fix the problem. How long it's been happening. What sequence of events causes the problem to occur. Include contact information and hours/days you or the laptop will be available.

 

*Click on Create New Account→Enter email address (first.last name@hdesd.org ) →enter the two words displayed (if you can't read them click on the arrows to get new words) →click on Continue button→Enter required fields as designated by asterisk→Click finish

You now have an account and can follow the steps above to request tech support.
