Objectives

Efficiency -
A)  Provide services on a regional basis to meet the needs of identified students in our local school districts.

B)  Maximize tax dollars so they can provide the greatest value to local school districts, staffs and students.

C)  Ensure resources are flexible allowing services to be accessible no matter the size of the school district and the school.

Equality -

A)  Advocate for stable and adequate resources for all students birth to age 21.

B)  Provide educational development to teachers and staff that is research based to assist local school districts in meeting their academic goals while meeting state and federal government requirements.

C)  Provide educational partners with appropriate depth of knowledge to allow children to fulfill their destiny.

Excellence -

A)  Support a systems approach to school improvement that helps drive improvement in student achievement.

B)  Staff and students receive same level of high quality support no matter where they attend school in our region.

C)  Take a leadership role in improving schools on a regional level.
