HUMAN RESOURCES
The Human Resources Department plans, directs, organizes and administers the staffing and personnel functions for administrative, certified, classified, confidential and supervisory positions within High Desert ESD. This includes recruitment, selection, assignment, compensation, evaluation, and personnel record keeping. The department also assists in the administration of labor relations and employee benefits, and supervises pre-service training and substitute employee programs (SubFinder).
